Parking instructions for concert

The main parking lot for the concert, weather permitting, will be the driving range on Siver Road. The parking lot will open at 5:00 p.m. There are no food & beverages or tailgating in the lot. Auxilary parking can be found in the overflow lot and on Legion Drive and Elizabeth Court. Both locations are a short walk from the main lot. Please be advised to follow Guilderland PD parking rules on Legion Drive & Elizabeth Court. Entrance to the concert will only be at the main gate in Pinehaven Country Clubs main parking lot.

* We encourage people who plan to consume alcohol at the concert to act responsibly and utilize ride sharing services or taxi service.

Admission is FREE for ages 10 and under.

Please note, the following items will not be permitted on premises:

Umbrellas, Coolers, Outside Food or Beverage, Backpacks, Pets

Ticketholder assumes all risk of personal injury, loss or damage to property incidental to the event and agrees that the concert promoter is expressly released from any such claims arising in connection with the event.

All current ticket holders for the canceled 2020 Carly Pearce Concert on the Course show who have not sought a refund will be honored for the 2021 Concert on the Course.

Parking instructions for golf tournament

Spectator Parking for the golf tournament - there is no spectator parking in the main parking lot. Spectator parking can be found in the grass lot on Siver Road just before Legion Drive. Overflow parking will be on Legion Drive and Elizabeth Court. Please follow Guilderland PD parking rules.
